We were unaware of the requirement to have yellow fever vaccination before returning to my wife’s country, the Dominican Republic. We did the process of receiving it but did not have a tax number and one of the staff decided to let us use his number and he did all the work for us and brought us the international certificate a few hours later. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but we are very thankful and grateful for his generosity.

Very nice building and room in the heart of SP. The building has a mixed use: Airbnbs and hotel. The facilities are not new but they are very well maintained and everything is kept very clean and in super good shape. The room was very big and with a lovely view over the city from out window (12th floor). The area was superb, very residential, felt safe and super close to downtown (barely 10 mins walking).

The rooms was nice and clean, and breakfast has plenty of choices to choose from. In particularly the tapiocas made by order. The staff were very polite and very caring.

Very nice location, and friendly, helpful staff (restaurant, cleaning, front desk) ready to accommodate and facilitate guests' requests. It allows you to get around central São Paulo efficiently, and within easy reach of both airports (avoiding rush hour).

Loved my stay. Amazing price quality. The instalations of the hotel are great. The rooms are cozy and clean. Every employee was amazingly attentive. And last and not least, food was delicious!!

Very nice hotel. Entrance and breakfast room beautiful. Bedroom was very good, clean and comfortable. Rooftop swimming pool with awesome view. Workers very helpful. I did not expect valets for the car but it was what I needed without even knowing it.
